CERTIFIED FACILITATORS NETWORK™
Extending your range and impact through a cadre of trained facilitators
Helping leaders build internal capacity for change and working with other organizations to extend the range and the impact of their services to schools are key objectives of Performance Fact's Knowledge Exchange programs.
Through our Certified Facilitators Network™, individuals or teams undergo intensive training that certifies them to train others. The Network is also open to professional development providers, leadership coaches and educational reform organizations interested in extending the scope and impact of their professional services to schools, school districts, non-profit organizations and the private sector.
Participants can be trained to become effective facilitators and professional developers in areas such as strategic planning and school improvement, disciplined implementation and continuous monitoring of action plans, building a culture of organizational learning, leadership development and coaching, and building trust.
